Meet The Team
Our Founders.
Founded in 2012 by Jacob and Arleen Garza, REEP was built on a simple conviction: that disciplined, hands-on management of the right assets in the right markets produces consistent, repeatable results for investors. Over 14 years, that conviction has been tested across market cycles — and has held.
