The transformation journey began with shared business plan created together by REEP Equity, and our in-house property management, REEP Residential The plan included upgrading 75 units, improving the exterior and amenities, and upgrading the clubhouse, office, and gym. The exterior renovations have included new landscaping, new paint, and our teams are currently working to  refresh the pool and grill area and dog park.

In a remarkably short span of just six months, our property has experienced an array of enhancements. These have been carefully executed to cause minimal disruption to operations and the daily lives of our valued tenants. I’ve been here past 6 years and it’s been absolutely horrible, BUT over past couple months a new property manager has taken over. The previous management has been out the door (thank goodness), and just in the few months the new management has taken over you can already tell the DRASTIC difference, and the place is starting to look ALOT better. Angela in the office was great and approachable, and actually cared!! I didn’t plan on renewing my lease after it was up again, but after the improvements and chatting in the office, I’m going to go ahead and renew again!!
