Houston Bus Tour Recap: Exploring Thriving Properties and Uncovering Multifamily Insights

We recently had an exciting day full of multifamily insights, trends, and real-world examples during our Houston Bus Tour. In case you missed it, here’s a recap of the agenda and highlights from the tour:

The day started bright and early at 8:30 a.m. with registration and a delicious breakfast in the Magnolia Room at the Norris Conference Center. Attendees had the opportunity to fuel up before a day filled with knowledge and networking.

At 9:00 a.m., the real excitement began as guests connected with fellow investors who shared their passion for multifamily investments. Guests had the opportunity to hear from Jacob and Arleen Garza, founders of REEP Equity, and learn their story and why they are so passionate about multifamily.

Jason Martinez, REEP Residential, VP of Operations shared an insider’s view of the Power of In-House Management and REEP’s proven methods to improve our properties, strengthen investments, and create communities that our tenants love calling home.

Travis Austin, IPA, Sr. Associate and CW Sheehan, JLL, Sr. VP-Finance as well as REEP’s very own, Tim Ellis, VP of Acquisitions, Asset Management & Development and Victoria Garza-Fraser, Acquisitions and Capital Events Manager, provided insightful perspectives on the industry.

After a great lunch, attendees boarded a chartered deluxe tour bus for the property tour. Our first destination was 51TEN Townhomes, one of REEP’s prime properties located in the thriving Northwest submarket. The tour gave guests the chance to meet our exceptional property team members and witness the REEP difference in action firsthand. They experienced how we bring about positive change from day one through real-world examples.

The next stop on the tour was Ellis at Champions, another impressive property that showcases our commitment to providing top-notch living experiences. Here, guests got a deeper understanding of our approach to property management and saw firsthand the impact we make in the community.

Finally, the day wrapped up with a well-deserved happy hour at Fireside at The Moran CityCentre. This cozy setting provided the perfect opportunity for attendees to unwind, network, and reflect on the day’s learnings and experiences.

Overall, the Houston Bus Tour was a huge success, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of all attendees. It was a day filled with valuable insights, networking opportunities, and the chance to witness the impact REEP makes in the multifamily industry.

Thank you to everyone who joined us.  We hope it left you inspired and excited about the possibilities that lie ahead in the world of multifamily investments.
