The REEP Portfolio

The REEP Equity portfolio is primarily located within the Texas Triangle – running from San Antonio, up to Dallas, down to Houston, and back across to San Antonio. Together this region accounts for the fifteenth largest economy in the world. These metros include four of the ten most populous cities in the United States.
The Texas Triangle is growing faster than any other megaregion in the country. REEP currently has 13 properties in our portfolio, totaling 2,602 units and valued at over 260M.

My wife and I have been investing with Arleen and Jacob through REEP Equity since 2016. We are invested in 7 apartment complexes with REEP Equity and overall we have been invested in over 5000 doors with different leads.

I can say after gaining so much experience in investing in multifamily that it always comes down to the lead (95% important) and not the deal (5% important). Once you trust the lead and THEIR process that is the answer to any question of investing.

Our experience has been nothing short of superb and excellent with Arleen and Jacob! Their level of professionalism, thoroughness in vetting a deal, concern for their investors, and honesty not only in reporting but in every aspect of how they do business lets us sleep soundly every night.

Also, with REEP being vertically integrated and managing their own properties it is a huge benefit. They have built a superior organization with loyal associates who want to excel and grow with REEP.
