Business Plan

The plan for Horizon Hills was to remodel the fitness center, add a dog park and enhance the landscaping. For the interiors, we plan to upgrade the units by adding granite countertops, backsplashes, Faux hardwood, add microwaves, and USB ports. Horizon Hill and Knoll Crest were purchased through the Alamo2Prop combined investment opportunity. Alamo2Prop was refinanced, returning 32% of the investors initial capital. Due to the execution of the business plan, the combined property values increased over $6 million within two years of ownership.
