A joint venture between REEP Equity and Hashem Holdings has acquired the 128-unit Candleridge Park Apartments.
The recently renovated property 1601 Wooded Pine Dr. features one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, business center, playground, and dog park.
Equity Management LLC was the seller.
JLL arranged for acquisition financing through Fannie Mae.
