We are very proud to announce that REEP has once again been awarded the Fast Track Award. This honor from the San Antonio Business Journal is given to San Antonio’s Fastest Growing Companies. This is our third year in a row to win this esteemed award.

2021 ended on a high note with exciting changes to our portfolio.

Atrium Commons is a 256 unit, garden-style, property located in North West San Antonio, Texas. This apartment community was built in 1983 and is centrally located to the medical center and major employers such as USAA and Security Service Federal Credit Union.  The property features 176 one-bedroom and 80 two-bedroom units.

Parc 410 is a 273 Unit Garden-Style, Class B property built-in 1983.  Acquired in March 2017, this property offers unique amenities and an ideal central location with easy access to major highways – 151, 90, and 410.  This property has a unit mix of 176 one-bedrooms and 80 two-bedrooms.

One of our greatest strengths is our vertical integration. As part of our new 2022 efforts to provide our network with more information, we have added this new REEP Management section. Across the portfolio, the properties closed out the year with an average occupancy of 96.2%!  This was the highest monthly average for 2021. Five properties performed above this average!
