As a co-founder of REEP Equity, Jacob focuses on developing and overseeing REEP's growth strategy and takes a hands-on approach to manage the firm's capital expenditures projects. His goal is to execute our value-add business plans and ultimately realize our investments to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors. Jacob directly oversees asset management in addition to fostering and maintaining relationships with key industry leaders.

Prior to REEP Equity, Jacob was the founder of Property Automation Software, the #1 selling property management software program for small to mid-sized property management companies. The company had 21,000 customers in 9 countries and managed more than 3.9 million units. Jacob sold it as the sole shareholder in 2007.

Jacob is an avid runner, downhill skier, and open water diver. He's an instrument-rated pilot and regularly flies his Cirrus SR22.
As a Principal and Co-founder of REEP Equity, Arleen oversees the operational aspects of their multifamily portfolio along with serving as a decision maker on acquisitions and company growth strategy. In overseeing the management company, REEP Management, her goal is to maximize investor returns by increasing revenue, while controlling expenses for the properties under their ownership umbrella.

Arleen received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. Prior to establishing the real estate business, Ms. Garza served in various senior level key roles in the financial services industry, achieving the title of Senior Vice President. In addition, she served as Vice President for Bank One (predecessor of Chase Bank) serving in key roles as Retail Banking Center Manager, International Private Banking Manager, and as a Credit Officer.

After leaving the corporate world, Ms. Garza established a consulting business through which she worked together with entrepreneurs in developing marketing strategies and human resource strategies to achieve accelerated growth.

Arleen launched her initial real estate investing business in 2012. She and her husband began with a small 24-unit property which they owned and managed. As a Principal in REEP Equity, they have sponsored a total of twelve multi-family acquisitions, taking four properties full cycle with total returns as high as 370%. Currently, her multifamily portfolio consists of 2,621 units as a deal sponsor and passive investor in San Antonio, Atlanta, Dallas, Jacksonville, and Houston. In 2017, she was instrumental in starting a management company which currently manages eight properties in San Antonio and has over seventy employees.
As a co-founder of REEP Equity, Kris focuses on leading the acquisition team and building sophisticated financial underwriting models to screen and acquire profitable multifamily assets for REEP Equity and our investors. Kris leads the efforts on the cost segregation studies and monthly budgeting and reporting on all REEP assets.

From 2004-2008, Kris was CEO of Mirad Financial Group, a mortgage banking business in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kris' team was responsible for full underwriting, pricing, funding, and selling off loans to correspondent lenders in the secondary market. In 2009, Kris pursued his academic degrees, earning a bachelor and master degree in accountancy from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Upon completion of his degrees, Kris spent two years in public accounting working at Ernst & Young and CohnReznick, LLP, in Los Angeles, as a financial statement auditor in the real estate practice. During his time in public accounting, Kris performed audits for large publicly traded REITs and commercial real estate investment firms. Kris later earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the state of California.

In his spare time, Kris enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time at his home in San Antonio.

Avery Delgadillo is our Director of Marketing who is responsible for the direction and supervision of our marketing and public relations campaigns. Avery earned her bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has corporate marketing experience, managing digital marketing campaigns and overseeing that they succeed and meet objectives. Avery has been a volunteer foster parent since 2012 and continues to help animals at local shelters find their forever home. She is a great addition to the team as we continue to expand our digital presence in the multifamily industry.
Gizeth is multi-talented and serves several roles at REEP. As an Executive Assistant, she provides support to our thriving investment team. As our Investor Relations Coordinator, she coordinates investor events, receives investor admin inquiries, and manages our investor portal. She is also our intro voice in REEP's Podcast! Prior to working for REEP, Gizeth worked as a bartender on a small island off the coast of Sitka Alaska. On her free time, she likes to travel and go camping with her dog.
Ana serves as the Director of Operations of REEP Management. Ana’s focus is to execute the REEP business plan, ensuring the portfolio meets the established operational, financial, and business performance goals through leading the REEP team of property management professionals to increase cash flow, maximize NOI, and meet defined investment projections.

With over twenty-five years of real estate experience, she has held senior level positions in the multifamily industry throughout the country. Prior to joining REEP in 2018, Ana served as President of a large property management company, responsible for all aspects of operations of over 6,000 units in twenty-eight apartment communities in diverse submarkets across twenty-five states. Additionally, she held leadership roles ranging from Regional Supervisor to Regional Vice President to Vice President of Operations. She was also instrumental in leading all aspects of fund management, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and investor communications.
