REEP February Newsletter

Thank you for joining us as we update you on everything going on behind the scenes. REEP is on the cusp of celebrating 10 years in business. This tenure has allowed our teams to have time to grow, mature, and be ready to react quickly to the changes we are seeing in the Multifamily Industry. The Texas Triangle is seeing explosive population and job growth. Preparing to respond to this growth, this month REEP held a management retreat to implement new processes and streamline our existing structure. Now our senior leaders are making these improvements throughout the organization.

We know that each of you are excited to hear about all of the investment opportunities coming in the months ahead. We want to assure you that well before we take on these properties, we are continuously improving our processes to ensure the same level of performance regardless of how quickly we grow. With our new 2022 strategic planning in place, we are ready to take on all of the exciting opportunities this year will bring.

Jacob and Arleen Garza

It’s Official – Arleen Garza is now on the board of the San Antonio Apartment Association!

The REEP team was honored to attend the SAAA Gala. It was exciting to see our team members recognized for their hard work and accomplishments.

In addition to Arleen’s addition to the board, our San Antonio Regional Manager, Chris Singleterry, was a finalist for Regional of the Year. For Property Manager of the Year, Dalilah Cortez of Knoll Crest Apartments was nominated. We are very proud of Chis and Dalilah –  they are winners in our eyes!

One of our greatest strengths is our vertical integration. We hope you enjoy learning more about what is going on behind the scenes and join us in congratulating January’s top performers.   


Across the portfolio, we ended January with an average occupancy of 95.4%! The competition for the top Five was fierce with Chartwell Court, Flint at 290, Knoll Crest, The Camaron, and Stratton Park taking the top spots.
